For more than 40 years, AREVA has been a well-established audit firm in Liechtenstein with strong local roots.
History
AREVA was founded in 1981 by Dr. Peter Hemmerle and grew into an audit firm firmly rooted in Liechtenstein. With Dr. Mathias Hemmerle joining in 2012, the next generation became part of the family business.
An important milestone came in early 2014 with the merger with APG Wirtschaftsprüfung AG, led by Dr. Hans-Werner Gassner and Ferdinand Schurti. The merger created a joint company with ten employees, combining years of experience, personal expertise and short decision paths.
With Thomas Rüegsegger joining in 2021, the management team was expanded. He contributes his experience in auditing companies subject to special-law regulatory requirements.
Today, our clients benefit from a stable team of around 20 people, sound technical expertise and extensive practical experience across more than 1,000 client relationships – spanning different legal forms, mandate types and industries.
